Gathered the old way, straight from hives the forest builds itself, inside the Similipal biosphere reserve. Never heated above hive temperature, never filtered beyond a simple muslin strain — so the honey keeps its wild pollen, its slow crystallisation, and a flavour that shifts with whatever is blossoming that season.
Harvested by a collective of twelve honey-gathering families led by Laxmi Gouda, at the edge of the Similipal reserve — taking only what each hive can spare, exactly as the forest taught them, so the bees and the forest keep the rest.
